Located in Boston’s historic South End neighborhood, this mixed-income homeownership project includes 84 residential units and two commercial spaces in a newly constructed six-story building. The project also includes two levels of underground parking and a community garden. The project is currently in construction with a projected completion date of July 2007. ETC is a partner with Mitchell Properties on this project.
