Keen Studios

Keen Studios is 23 live/work spaces for artists, eleven of which are for low to moderate income homebuyers and twelve of which will be for market-rate buyers. The project is located in a three-story, nineteenth-century brick and stone former school building in Chelsea, MA. ETC was awarded this project in a competitive process from the estate of Robert Kuehn, a nationally recognized developer of affordable housing. See www.keenstudiosliving.com.
