Neponset Field

ETC’s Neponset Field project is located on a quiet, three and half-acre site bordering the Neponset River in Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood. The project will create a neighborhood of newly constructed housing, including 51 units of rental housing for low-income independent seniors and 48 units of homeownership, of which 20 will be affordable.
