Sacred Heart Church

ETC acquired the former Sacred Heart Church property in Lawrence, MA from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston in May 2006. ETC will rehabilitate three of the five existing buildings as 44 units of rental housing for seniors. The church building and former rectory will be used by the Dominican Order of Friars for religious purposes. The plan also incorporates an underground parking garage and 58 parking spaces.
